Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Returning Defective or Damaged Goods for Replacement

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

  • You MUST use a certified, trackable, and insured mail service. You are responsible for the item until it is received and signed for at our studio.

  • We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at the email below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

- Sanitary goods (e.g., piercing aftercare solutions).

- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.

- Gift cards.

- Sale items or promotional discounts cannot be refunded.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
